Until They Pay Me

The title say it all. Maybe it looks a bit  bitter, but this is only a post that help me listing things that I need to do while waiting my lastest freelance fee is paid--only God knows when... :|

So I spent this month doing the 208pages design that I told you, took longer than I thought. And harsh-er too. But lets pray to God they pay me soon, and help me God, may the "bonus" (for the extra work) that they've promised is really exist. Ive learnt hard enough that some project really make people wait for the fee. So until the time they pay it, I dont want to think too much about it. They delivered when God decided it delivered.

Im gonna use that extra money to add collection to my 1 st singingthumbelina collection launching. Although adding collection means add 2 weeks and more for production, but I rather launch with a solid collection. Meanwhile, until the fee is delivered, I need to practice my 'finishing' design. I also need to start focusing on social media campaign. So I think this is the right time to start.

I also thinking about sharing my artwork. I havent yet found out what. Maybe I'll do random things  with my illustration and design, such as storybook for moms, illustration chic-lit/motivational quotes for teen/young adult, fashion inspiration illustration, etc. Something that could be downloaded for free, since I need to give back the inspiration that world (and www) give me:)

So I guess that would make me busy until I receive the money to do the 2nd production  and eventually launch. I'm soon to be a successful creative  entrepreneur (aamiin). I just need to stay on track, see the sign smart,  try to be on time but also try to be flexible, coz God know when it s the right time. So gambarou Meyy,  believe on yourself, believe on the signs. We're on the right track:)

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)
was asked what type of earning was best, and
he replied: "A man's work with his hands and
every (lawful) business transaction."
